This Month's Biblical theme is: 

Jesus is Fully God and Fully Man.

​

This month, all our stories reveal the hypostatic union, or how Jesus is both God and man.

  • Jesus grew up as a human kid learning about God but also amazing everyone with His godly wisdom.

  • Jesus faced temptations just like any human, but He resisted them and proved His divine strength and authority.

  • Jesus explained to Nicodemus that to have eternal life, Nicodemus needed to believe in Him as God's Son.

  • Jesus forgave sins and healed a paralyzed man, demonstrating His divine power and authority, while also showing His compassion and care as a human.

So Much Fun and Learning for First through Sixth Graders!
Sunday Mornings at David Baptist Church
In the Fellowship Building
Beginning at 9:45 am During Sunday School
Continues 11:00 am - 12:00 Noon During Worship Service

 

What do your children get out of church? Do they come home excited to tell you about what they have learned? These lessons use fun activities to support the lessons the children learn in Bible study. While you enjoy Bible Study and Worship, your children will be actively engaged as they learn more about Jesus and study God's Word for themselves. 

 

DBC Kids is using Brite Idea, an Awana-based program.  This is for children ages First Grade through Sixth Grade. Themes will change each month so the kids will remain excited about something new each time they attend! Through the use of games, crafts, Bible stories and other fun activities, our new Brite Idea program will help teach children more of God's Word as they go on each new adventure!
